Founder & President
Came up through 15+ years of construction, stage, and film production. Founded Alchemy Works in 2020 and still runs client work herself. Board member, Event Safety Alliance. Minfulness & skillful means practioner.
Sean Akers
Chief Learning Officer & Co-Founder
Two decades in film, television, education, and digital media. Leads all learning experience design at Alchemy Works, turning expert insight into training that's clear, accessible, and built to change behavior.
Dave Robkin
Director of Operations
Veteran of Hollywood's behind-the-scenes world. Keeps operations moving smoothly through payroll, scheduling, HR compliance, and program coordination. Restores vintage motorcycles and rescues Pit Bulls in his spare time.
Ken Keberle, CSP, CHST, CIT
Senior Associate
Career in manufacturing, event construction, safety, and safety education. Original member of the Event Safety Alliance. Teaches health, safety, and operational courses at UC San Diego.
