The Founder’s Story
She was the crew before she was the architect.
Before building one of the most respected safety consultancies in Southern California, Teresa Y. Beardsley worked the jobsite — as a stage builder, a film crew member, a producer who understood that the difference between a great production and a catastrophic one was almost always a systems problem, not a people problem.
“I didn’t come to safety from a textbook. I came to it from the field — which is exactly why I know what it takes to make it work there.”
That experience became a mission: build safety systems that serve the people doing the work — from Fortune 500 operations to family-owned businesses.
